Gusto! To Replace Cheeseburger Bobby’s in Roswell Wieuca Shopping Center

It will be the sixth location for the restaurant chain, will include a small patio and garage doors that open for indoor/outdoor dining.

Quick-service eatery gusto! is planning a sixth location, this time in Chastain Park.

The new gusto! will replace Cheeseburger Bobby’s in the Roswell Wieuca shopping center next year, at 4365 Roswell Road Ne, Suite 4371.

Owner Nate Hybl in an email to What Now Atlanta Friday confirmed the news.

“It’s particularly exciting for our brand to be entering a new area of Buckhead after fielding lots of requests from guests over the years to come north,” Hybl said in a prepared statement.

“We look forward to becoming a meaningful part of the surrounding neighborhoods and providing our take on fresh and colorful food!”

gusto! Chastain will feature the brand’s modern industrial design including a white exterior with cypress panels, a small patio and garage doors that open for indoor/outdoor dining.

“When approaching every growth opportunity, our number one question is ‘How can we make this space come alive…can we give it a heartbeat?’,” Hybl said.

“Design continues to be a differentiator for our brand, and we hope this storefront refresh will help us fulfill one of our Values in Action – make our neighbors proud.”

gusto! Chastain Park will be sandwiched between Willy’s and Chicken Salad Chick in a 2,499-square-foot space, according to the center’s latest site plan.

Hybl and his team are searching for a local operating partner for this new location. Interested candidates can apply online.

News of the planned gusto! arrives on the heels of the restaurant nearing its opening in Chamblee.

While an exact date has not yet been set, an October 3 debut in Chamblee is “likely.”
