Gusto! North Decatur Square, the fast-casual eatery’s third Atlanta outpost, will open its doors Thursday, October 18.
Founder Nate Hybl and Operating Partner Michael Clifford are behind the forthcoming restaurant, at 1545 Church St, Suite 310 in the new North Decatur Square shopping center near DeKalb Medical.
“We are excited to bring a better-for-you dining option in a quick and convenient way to Decatur residents and the surrounding medical community,” Hybl said in a press release Tuesday.
“We’ll be showing our gratitude for the neighborhood’s warm welcome on opening day by giving the first 50 guests 10 complimentary entrée vouchers.”
Additionally, on Monday, October 15, Gusto! North Decatur Square is previewing its “Medical Monday” promotion exclusively to the nearby medical community.
Every week, those who work in the medical field can show their badges at the North Decatur restaurant to receive “buy one, get one free” meals on Mondays.
Gusto! North Decatur Square will be open daily 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The restaurant offers bowls served as a salad, on a bed of rice, or as a flatbread wrap, topped with “gustos,” like sweet soy sriracha, chile sesame bbq or tahini cucumber feta.
Adding a grilled protein (chicken, shrimp or portabella mushroom) is the final step.
Gusto! North Decatur Square’s 2,400-square-foot space, designed by Lindsay Denman, features the modern industrial décor, custom wood booths, and tabletops along with a wood feature wall illuminated by inspirational signage.
A location in Fuqua’s West Midtown Center development, at 1299 Northside Drive, is expected to open soon.
