The developer this week put up signage at the 14th and Spring space and launched a website outlining the plans, Curbed Atlanta Wednesday first reported.

14th and Spring calls for a 10-story Class “A+” office building and a 12-story 330-unit residential tower with 15,000 square feet of ground-level retail, according to the plans.

Greenstone touts the project as having “creative technology-driven” offices which “efficient” floorplans “focused on natural light.”

The project sits directly across Spring Street from the forthcoming 70,000-square-foot flagship Whole Foods Market that will open in 2018.
