Full Commission, an all-day restaurant in Grant Park’s Larkin on Memorial development, Friday opened its doors for coffee and a limited breakfast menu.
Dinner, weekend brunch and cocktails will follow “in the coming weeks,” according to a press release.
Items currently available include coffee (espresso-based beverages, rotating nitro beverages such as cold brew coffee, blonde berry basil, iced Arnold Palmers and more from Phoenix Roasters), and pastry-focused eats like fried pop-tarts and cinnamon rolls.
Full-service dinner and brunch, once available, will offer “Southern gastropub cuisine” like Pork Tenderloin with miso pear butter, ponzu coleslaw and “collard-style” bok choy and Mezcal Grit Tamales made with Logan Turnpike grits and topped with two fried eggs and chimichurri.
Current hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Full Commission joins other tenants Firepit Pizza Tavern, Grant Park Market, and Kale Me Crazy in Larkin on Memorial.
