Brookwood Village will soon be home to the first location of Shawarma Non-Stop.
Slated to open as early as mid-November, the forthcoming quick-service eatery is from the owners of the adjacent Fresh 4 U Mediterranean restaurant.
Situated in suite 30, at 1937 Peachtree Road, Shawarma Non-Stop will be open Monday through Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The quick-service eatery will offer build-your-own pockets (stuffable pitas), plates, and salads, with your choice of chicken, steak, shrimp, fish, or veggies.
Side dishes include lentil soup, cheese fries, regular fries, house salad, and basmati rice.
The space, which is under construction, will feel “modern, cool, and young” once complete, Sam Tabaja, a co-owner at Shawarma Non-Stop, in a telephone interview told What Now Atlanta Monday.
Initially, Tabaja and his team are looking to open four locations locally.
He could franchise in the future, he said.
Brookwood Village, a shopping center owned by Eden’s, is anchored by CVS Pharmacy.
The center is also home to restaurants like Gusto!, Yumbii, and Black Bear Tavern.
