French Market Flowers Is Moving To Glenwood Park

Floral shop will open its new storefront in early February.

French Flowers Market, a boutique florist in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood of Atlanta, is relocating to Glenwood Park.

Owner John Tarrant is currently in permitting to begin the shop’s buildout, at 925 Garrett Street.

The new French Flowers Market storefront should open the first week in February, Tarrant in an email Thursday told What Now Atlanta.

Glenwood Park will be the third neighborhood for French Flowers Market in recent years.

The florist used to have a market stall in Krog Street Market and is currently at 581 Edgewood Ave SE.

  1. Would be a great addition and make this area even more lively. Not that it has anything to do with this project specifically, but I wish there were a way to make the Ponce side of the development more approachable.

    Street parking, medians … something. For all the improvements that have been made here, Ponce still feels like a suburban arterial road.

    1. BeltLine inc has streetscaping planned for Ponce from Boulevard to Freedom parkway. No street parking though It will include extended improved sidewalk and lighting, bike lanes, and access point to the BeltLine.
