The buildings offer creative office, showroom, and production space in West Midtown, and are now 75 percent leased.
Restauranteur Ford Fry is relocating his company Rocket Farm Restaurants and its 40 employees to COMPLEX, at 1175 Chattahoochee Ave NW.
It will occupy 13,165 square feet of office space, which includes a training facility.
“Our growing team is excited to join the diverse COMPLEX community,” Fry said in the release.
“We got our start on the Westside and currently have three restaurants in this vibrant area. With this move, we’re able to double our space, offer a training facility for our staff and provide them with an inspiring space to work.”
Mirion Technologies, Kitchen United, Wellborn & Wallace, and Woodsmoke Provisions are the four new tenants at Inland Tract which recently completed construction, at 1236 Menlo Dr. NW.
“We are ecstatic to welcome this new slate of businesses to our projects, further validating the demand for alternative, urban workspace in Atlanta,” Pierce Lancaster, managing partner, Third & Urban, said in the release.
“It is particularly telling to us that companies like Mirion, the world’s largest nuclear measurement firm, have selected a location and style of flexible space that helps their teams work collaboratively and recruit the talent they need for the future.”
