The dessert café can currently be found in Duluth at 2180 Pleasant Hill Road and at a newly opened location in Tucker at 3983 Lavista Road.

Operations manager Philip Oh told What Now Atlanta that the upcoming Marietta store is under construction now. They are looking to open a total of 10 to 15 locations in the Atlanta area.

Their signature fluffy pancakes are available in varieties like tiramisu (one of Oh’s personal favorite items), matcha, crème brûlée, strawberry and more. The Japanese-inspired menu also includes sweet and savory croffles (a croissant-waffle hybrid), cheesecakes, coffee and more.

Oh said they want to create “a welcoming and cozy atmosphere for the patrons and community.”

“That’s one of the biggest things,” he said. “When you walk into our store, we try to keep the aesthetic, look and feel as consistent as possible. We want people to be comfortable there. We are putting a modern touch on a traditional all-day café setting.”

Benson Lau founded Fluffy Fluffy in 2018. Lau told What Now Atlanta in an interview earlier this year that the city’s large population, diversity and willingness to accept and embrace different cultures made it a target market for the brand.

A grand opening for the Tucker location will be held Nov. 9-10. Register here.
