The gourmet burger joint, at 3655 Roswell Road NE, announced the news Monday on Facebook.

“After graciously allowing us to serve the community for seven years, we have closed our Buckhead location,” according to the social media post.

The Howell Mill Road location is still open for business and is the last standing Atlanta-area outpost of the gourmet burger concept from Chef Richard Blais.

Flip Burger’s Poncey-Highland location—which replaced shuttered Blais concept HD1 (a gourmet hotdog concept)—went out of business at the end of 2015. That space has since been replaced by Atlanta Dental Spa

Flip Burger was not immediately available for comment.

No word on what will replace the restaurant in the Tuxedo Festival Shopping Center.

  1. One little correction – HD1 was a gourmet hot dog concept, not burger. I love flip burger and hope the Howell Mill location holds on! Where else can you get captain crunch nitrogen milkshakes?!?!
