The quick-service burger joint will open in the under-construction Windsor Parkview II development (formerly Solis Parkview) in spring 2020.

It will be housed in a 5,600-square-foot corner space on the ground level of the forthcoming apartment midrise.

Five Guys has a location across the street in the WalMart-anchored Chamblee Village shopping center, at 1891 Chamblee Tucker Road.

The restaurant will close that location and reopen in Windsor Parkview II next year.

A 2,800-square-foot space adjacent the planned Five Guys (shown in the above site plan) will also be home to a restaurant, S. J. Collins Enterprises’ Justin Latone in an email this week told What Now Atlanta.

That deal is “working,” he said.

S. J. Collins Enterprises, one of the firms developing The Interlock, owns the retail portion of the development.

Terwilliger Pappas earlier this year sold Solis Parkview I to GID Real Estate Investments.

GID paid $75 MM for the development and renamed it Windsor Parkview.

5,600 sq ft for a Five Guys seems excessive, right?
