According to construction permits, Fit9 is building out a new space at 3231 Cains Hill Pl formerly occupied by Range Boutique. Selig said they hoped to open in October of this year.

The new studio will occupy a 3,123 square foot space at 3231 Cains Hill Pl. Fit9 is combining both the upper and lower levels at the property with a construction budget of $300,000.

“We wanted a bigger space,” said Selig. “And this location will have better ease of entry and parking.”

Fit9 is owned by Selig and Jeff Toney, a married couple who met when Toney became Selig’s personal trainer at Eclipse 1 on 1 Training. Together, they purchased Eclipse when the previous owner moved away.

They have since opened two sister studios: Stellar Bodies and Fit9. Stellar Bodies has two locations, one in Buckhead and another in Midtown. Fit9 is currently located in Andrews Square at 56 East Andrews Dr. The new location on Cain’s Hill is only a few hundred feet away.

“The other component of the expansion is to have a larger retail area, so we can mimic some of the success from our Stellar Bodies boutique,” said Selig.
