Poké Bar Now Open in Atlantic Station

Atlantic Station this week welcomed Poké Bar to its ever-changing tenant roster.

The national poké franchise opened Tuesday in a 1,120-square-foot space sandwiched between NaanStop and Gyu-Kaku, at 265 18th Street NW.

Now through Sept. 4, all orders are 50 percent off in celebration of the opening.

“We believe Atlantic Station’s location, visitor demographics and ability to offer distinctive experiences for every visitor will allow our first in-town location of Poké Bar to thrive,” Tae Kim, franchisee of Poké Bar Atlantic Station, said in a press release Tuesday.

“We’re thrilled to be able to open our newest location in the heart of the midtown community and to be part of the Atlantic Station family.”

Poké Bar serves poké bowls, a Hawaiian dish that features raw, diced fish traditionally tossed with rice, vegetables and sauces, served over rice, noodles, or greens.

The Atlantic Station location will also offer bubble tea in both milk and fruit varieties. 

“As we continue to diversify our restaurant offerings, the addition of PokéBar at Atlantic Station further enhances our overall strategy to bring quality, fast-casual restaurants that appeal to the residents, office workers and guests that visit our property,” Nick Garzia, director of retail leasing at Hines, said in the release.

“We are excited to be home to the new location of this widely recognized restaurant and look forward to welcoming more fresh food options at Atlantic Station for our customers.”
