Fetch Park and Ice House, Atlanta’s “first” restaurant and dog park bar concept, Tuesday unveiled its official site plan and launched a membership presale.

Business partners Stephen Ochs and Garett Reynolds announced plans for the 1.27-acre lot in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood November 2016.

“Starting today, Fetch Park is releasing 200 presale memberships at a low introductory rate of $240 annually, or $20 monthly,” a company spokesperson in an email told What Now Atlanta.

“In addition to locking in the lowest monthly membership rate for the duration of membership, founding Fetch members receive free entry to the park’s full calendar of events such as small concerts, holiday and theme parties along with standard membership perks.”

The City of Atlanta’s Board of Zoning Adjustment recently approved the official site plan for Fetch.

Located steps from the Atlanta BeltLine, the concept includes Fetch Ice House, a full-service Texas-style eatery and bar, and Fetch Park, an off-leash dog park bar.

The crown jewel of the park is a converted 1976 Airstream trailer.

A shipping container transformed into full-service bar with televisions and a rooftop lounge is the perfect spot to catch a game with friends.

Dog park amenities include dog washing stations, cooling and heating stations and on-site attendants, with free Wi-Fi available throughout the park.

Fetch Ice House is open to the public. Non-members can purchase a day pass to bring their four-legged friends to Fetch Park for $10 per day.

“We are thrilled to join the Atlanta scene with a fun and safe environment for dogs to join alongside as guests socialize, eat and drink with friends,” Ochs said in a prepared statement.

  1. I’m curious if this business model will work. When I first read about it, I didn’t think of it as a membership type of place. You go there with your dog who plays while you spend money eating/drinking. I wouldn’t have a problem paying the $10 fee for my dog, but I’m curious how many will and if people really will be interested in these memberships. Wonder if any other cities have this business model.

    1. I’m so excited. I just bought s year membership for my grand dog & can’t wait for it to open

    2. Yeah I can just walk the beltline and sit down with my pup at ladybird. Loved the idea but will only go with a group so I know there will be other dogs there that my pup likes.
