Urban Realty Partners Monday announced Farm Burger will join Your Pie as a ground-floor restaurant tenant for its soon-to-open residential development, The George.

What Now Atlanta earlier this year broke news of Your Pie’s plans to open at The George.

“Farm Burger was born in Atlanta, and we’re looking forward to joining such an exciting development between two of the city’s most beloved neighborhoods: Grant Park and Old Fourth Ward,” George Frangos, Farm Burger co-founder, said in the release.

“We’ll be bringing our grass-fed burgers, market salads with produce from local farms, Morelli’s ice cream milkshakes, local craft beer and more for our new community of families and visitors to enjoy.”

With the addition of Farm Burger’s 1,800-square-foot space, The George’s ground-floor amenities will open at 100 percent leased.

Whitney Spangler, Tosh Wolfe, and Addy Edwards with Colliers International secured the leases for the ground-floor activation.

The George, named for Georgia Tech Basketball Hall-of-Famer Nicholas George Azar, will honor famous “Georges” with locally crafted artwork displayed at prominent locations throughout the property.

Praxis 3 is the architect, YLH Construction is the general contractor and Woodward Management will manage the property.

Farm Burger and Your Pie are expected to open in the 132-unit apartment complex by summer 2017.
