Owner of Extreme Teriyaki, Zach Zhang, confirmed the expansion over a text message to What Now Atlanta, saying the hope is to have the new location up and running by early 2022.

“Extreme Teriyaki Grill Express is a customer oriented quick service Japanese restaurant for lunch and dinner. We go through the extreme to provide freshness, taste, and value altogether without sacrificing health,” shares the company’s website. The menu of hibachi and sushi dishes are made to order and boasts options like bento boxes, entrees of teriyaki and hibachi plates, and fried rice and noodle dishes.

The Edgewood Retail District location will place Extreme Teriyaki within walking distance of Barnes & Nobel, Bed Bath & Beyond, and other eateries like Smoothie King, Jersey Mike’s, and Shane’s Rib Shack.
