Welcoming guests to dine for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, ENZO Steakhouse & Bar is set to officially open on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The new chef-driven dining concept by chef Andrea Montobbio and fashion industry veteran Carmine Noce combines Northern Italy-inspired cuisine with the comforts of a modern steakhouse and bar. Diners are invited to a warm atmosphere while exploring Montobbio’s menu of signature and seasonal offerings of hand-made pastas and sauces, choice cuts of steaks, chops, fresh seafood, plant-based dishes and more.

“In Italy, the beauty of the food is that it varies region to region, based on what the ground provides,” says Montobbio, who has served as an executive chef for Atlanta’s Fifth Group Restaurants, STK Atlanta, and New York’s Gansevoort Hotel in a statement. “Every part of Italy has a different climate, and it’s exciting to create dishes based on the way the sun hits a certain place or what kind of mountain the water comes from. All of those factors play into the uniqueness of the cooking. That’s what we want to bring to diners at ENZO.”

Located in the Town of Trilith in Fayetteville, Georgia, ENZO showcases Montobbio and Noce’s love for Italy’s art, architecture and dining. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a wooden door that opens to the main dining room, a bar and lounge, Mediterranean colors, sleek black and brass elements, Italian marble, warm woods, and halo pendants dropping from high ceilings. An expo open kitchen gives guests a look into Montobbio’s kitchen, complete with a custom designed rotisserie, pizza oven, and wood fired grill.

“Food and beverage have always been my passion. I wanted to create a space that guests could come to every night and never be bored,” says Noce. “A space where guests can meet up, have a drink, relax, have fun, and most importantly be themselves.”

The 180-seat restaurant features a private dining room, group dining table, works from local artists, and alfresco dining on the dog-friendly patio. New immersive camera technology on multiple large screens in and outside the restaurant will give guests a bird’s-eye-view of the action in the kitchen, bar and on the live music stage.

ENZO currently offers catering for parties of all sizes and ‘ENZO at Home’, delivering executive chef Montobbio’s Italian cuisine every Friday for parties of two to six within a 45-mile radius. Private memberships will be available in the coming weeks.

Enzo Steakhouse & Bar is located in the Town of Trilith at 300 Trilith Pkwy, Suite 230, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Co-owned by executive chef Andrea Montobbio, chef de cuisine David Gibbs and president Carmine Noce, beginning September 27, 2002, the new dining and imbibing destination will be open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.; and Happy Hour daily from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
