The forthcoming glassy, design-forward JPX tower known as Emerson Buckhead continues to captivate Atlantans with every new image and detail that emerges.
According to a recently-created promotional website, the property will feature a heated lap pool, fire pits, and a tranquil zen garden.
“Inspired architecture transcends form and function. Curated design elements synthesize with passion and grace to form an atmosphere that rises far above the ordinary,” the website reads.
Homes would begin at $2.18 million according to a listing on Buzz Buzz Home, which would be an increase from the previously reported $1.8 million starting point. The listing reports that the most high-end units would be priced around $3.85 million.
Emerson currently lists three different floor plans ranging in size from a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath unit sized at 2,176 square feet, to a 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath option with a sprawling 3,372 square feet of indoor living space.
The property is planned to be completed in the summer of 2018.
