Wings and grill joint to open in Georgia State University building.

East Coast Wings and Grill, a North Carolina-based wings chain, will open its first Atlanta location on the ground level of 55 Park Place, according to plans filed with the City of Atlanta this week.

The building will soon house Georgia State University‘s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, according to an announcement from GSU president Mark Becker this month. The college purchased the former office building in 2013.

East Coast Wings and Grill’s first Georgia location is in Buford at the Mall of Georgia. The restaurant has 39 additional locations spanning from Pennsylvania to Texas.

Renovations ahead of opening at 55 Park Place will cost an estimated $65,000.
