An ear piercing studio and jewelry brand is planning another Atlanta location.
Rowan is planned for Lenox Square, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The 715-square-foot shop would be located near the upper level of Macy’s, between Swatch and The North Face.
Rowan offers piercing services by registered nurses using needles or a special hand pressurized device instead of piercing guns. All earrings are hypoallergenic, using only premium metals.
Louisa Serene Schneider launched the company as a way to create a place for fun, safe and affordable ear-piercing experiences. After beginning as an at-home piercing service, the brand switched to a brick-and-mortar model, with plans to ramp up its retail presence to many more locations across the U.S.
There are currently two Rowan locations in Georgia: in Atlanta at The Krog District and in Alpharetta at Avalon.
Lenox Square, located in the heart of Buckhead, is owned by Simon Property Group.
