UPDATE (August 11, 2017): Fab’rik Shops Around Lenox Moving To Make Way For Draper James
Draper James, a Southern lifestyle brand by Reese Witherspoon, is coming to Buckhead.
The fashion, accessories, and home decor retailer will open in Shops Around Lenox, at 3400 Around Lenox Road, according to a permit application filed last last week with City of Atlanta.
An estimated $390,000 could be spent building out the 2,150-square-foot Draper James in the Buckhead shopping center near Lenox Square Mall, according to the permit filing.
It’s unclear where specifically in the shopping center the retailer will be situated.
According to the permit filing, Draper James will take suite 214, but that space is currently occupied by Fab’rik.
The Shops Around Lenox location will be the fourth location for the brand. Draper James has stores in Dallas, Nashville, and Lexington, according to the company’s website.
Representatives at Fab’rik, Shops Around Lenox, and The Maley Company, the real estate firm behind the leasing efforts at Shops Around Lenox, did not immediately return What Now Atlanta’s (WNA) request for comment.
