The restaurant’s last day will be Saturday, December 30, following dinner service.

“…While we have loved Dolce, we have decided to focus our efforts on American Cut and the Regent Cocktail Club,” John Meadow, Founder, and President of LDV Hospitality said in a prepared statement Tuesday.

“Much of our devoted Dolce team will be coming over to American Cut, and we look forward to welcoming our Dolce guests as well.”

At American Cut, LDV is launching The Cut Bar, a tavern menu on the ground floor bar that will be serving “comfort food and drink” daily from 11:30 a.m. until close. There will be daily happy hour food specials, live music and more.

“Thank you for the memories at Dolce and the continued support of American Cut and the Regent Cocktail Club.”

Dolce Italian will be the second concept that parent company LDV Hospitality has closed in the ritzy Buckhead mixed-use development this year.

Corso Coffee shuttered in August and has since been replaced by Revelator Coffee spinoff The Mourning Dove.

Dolce Italian joins restaurants American Food+Beverage, Thirteen Pies and Corso Coffee on The Shops Buckhead Atlanta’s shutter list since the development debuted late-2014.

Dolce Italian Atlanta first opened in 2015. No word on what will open in the restaurant’s place.
