Permit filings show plans to build out five more townhome units at the three-acre site, which borders Hollywood Road, Main Street, and Church Street and is already partially developed with existing townhomes, retail, and restaurant space.

Designs for One Riverside involve six buildings of three or four stories containing 36 townhouses, almost 10,000 square feet of retail, and just over 2,500 square feet of restaurant space. Three of the buildings have already been constructed, with an application filed last week calling for slightly altered building plans going forward, including for more standardized floor plans with the two central townhome buildings to come.

“I hope this clearly lays out our intentions and helps you better understand our plan for moving forward to complete and revitalize this community after it has laid dormant since the great recession,” the new application reads.

The Riverside neighborhood project site is owned by Digital Capital LLC, county property records show. That entity is registered under the name and business address of Diego de Saint-Albin, a founding member of Atlanta-based company DSI Medical Technologies.

Along with its several mixed-use buildings, One Riverside plans also call for 95 parking spaces and 10 bicycle spaces and a total of 16,708 square feet of public space.
