  1. Not if they keep conducting their business as is. My boyfriend and I bought a pair of jeans from them that were “custom fitted” about a month ago. We wore them for a month and noticed how saggy they became, even after laundering. We went back and they wouldn’t let us exchange. Customer Service is always king.
