After 35 years on Memorial Drive, Barnett Performance is preparing to move locations.
Yesterday, demolition permits were filed for property, where Atlantic Realty Partners is planning a 238-unit multifamily development.
Barnett Performance announced on its Facebook page that the high-performance auto parts dealer is relocating to a new building, ten miles east on I-20. An exact address has not yet been announced.
Atlantic Realty Partners’ portfolio includes Cyan on Peachtree and Azure on The Park in Midtown, in addition to The Reserve Decatur and The Reserve at The Ballpark, a collection of 321 mid-rise apartments around the Braves’ SunTrust Park.
