Delilah’s is known for its mac and cheese which has been voted as “Best in the Nation” by Oprah Winfrey, according to a recent announcement. “That win was all the motivation we needed to continue to cook and share our food with the South,” Winder said in a prepared statement.

Winder, an acclaimed Philadelphia restaurateur, has been featured on Food Network’s Throwdown with Bobby Flay and the CBS series, Chef on a Shoestring.
In addition to its mac and cheese, Delilah’s offers fried chicken — served fresh, never frozen — and 100 percent veggie-fed with no animal by-products or antibiotics.

Other menu items include fried green tomatoes, homemade chips, and strawberry lemonade daily. Located across from Hippie Hibachi, the stall is complete with counter service for eight. It is open Sunday through Wednesday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm, at 1235 Chattahoochee Ave.
