What’s considered failing? Restaurants that receive a score of 70 or less (out of 100) on its health inspection is failing, according to the Fulton County Environmental Health Services Department.

Looks like the Buckhead health inspector hit pay dirt. How ridiculous is it for these places to fail, especially Davio’s that should have good management.
