North American Properties (NAP), the real estate firm redeveloping Colony Square in Midtown, Monday launched Club Colony Square, a “resort-level” concierge service for the property’s office tenants and guests.
Club Colony Square is prominently accessible via a box-office-style walk-up window at the development’s Building 300 entrance.
“Club Colony Square provides a resort-level environment for guests from the time they arrive at Midtown’s Living Room to the time they leave,” according to a Facebook post from the mixed-use center Monday. “From planning office outings to birthday dinners and beyond, there is no task our team of ExperienceMakers™ cannot thoughtfully and expertly accomplish.” Midtown’s “Living Room” is phrasing often used by NAP’s Chairman of the Board Mark Toro to describe the center’s goal to become a gathering place for the community.
Club Colony Square is helmed by Mamadou Diallo who was formerly working as a Concierge for NAP’s sister property Avalon. Club Colony Square is fashioned after Club Avalon which includes the launch of the Colony Square Black Card program, a membership-based rewards program.
Services include wayfinding and mobility assistance, dining information and reservation assistance, baggage and stroller hold for a “hands-free experience,” complimentary wheelchair, umbrella and cell phone charger rentals, private outings and corporate event planning, museum and show tickets, restaurant delivery to Colony House and Hanover House residents, dry cleaning services, car wash/detailing services, Transportation assistance, local events, activities and tourist information, and housekeeping services.

holdvalet for a “hands-free experience” … but if they’re going to walk around holding all my crap including the kid, I’m in.Ugh, kids…
If I can’t leave it at home with a bowl of food and water, I don’t want one.
