Last week, the high-end casual clothing retailer filed Commercial Alteration plans with City of Atlanta for a new location at White Provisions District in West Midtown.

Permits indicate that a hefty $2,000,000 will be spent in building out the space and adding a mezzanine.

The outpost will be the second location in Atlanta and the third in Georgia, with another existing location in Savannah.

Plans found online indicate that Club Monaco will be located in a corner suite across from Yeah Burger, where the Crafted Westside pop-up store operated and also expanding into the suite where Le Jardin Francais was until it recently relocated one suite over.

    1. I didn’t even think about that. Here’s hoping it’s for both genders.

As for developments, the proposed offices and grocery would be huge for the area. Would also be nice to see developers help create streets between 14th, 8th, Howell mill, and Northside drive. Could really boost pedestrian activity and provide more space forstorefronts. Keep up the mid rise sense development patterns with rooftop terraces. More condos, too, as this is easily one of the most desirable foodie spots in Atlanta.
