Clarity Fitness, a new “revolutionary” fitness facility, is targeting a fall 2019 debut in Decatur.
Owner Abbey Griffith is currently in the construction bidding process for Clarity Fitness’ interior buildout in the West Court Square development.
The seven-story office building, at 158 W Ponce De Leon Avenue, will also be home to Folk Art’s second restaurant.
Griffith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and “life coach.”
“We will coach you to long-term success by strengthening not only your body but more importantly, your mindset,” Griffith says via Clarity Fitness’ website.
“By nurturing how you view nutrition, exercise, and your body, we ‘Change Fitness One Mind at a Time.'”
The “free-weight focused gym” does not have any machines.
It will offer personal training, group fitness classes, independent workout space, and workshops.
