With curated dishes by Chef Bruno Vergara as well as grab-and-go options, El Viñedo serves South American cuisine.

Lincoln Property Company Southeast’s Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze, Caroline Fisher, and Matt Fergus handle leasing at the building on behalf of the owner, Crestlight Capital.

Translated as “the local vineyard,” El Viñedo Local offers 100 percent organic and fair-trade coffee from South American farmers and many of the wines also come from South American producers who are committed to sustainable and organic practices.

“After a challenging year due to the unforeseen ups and downs of COVID-19, we are pleased to bring such a unique offering to the employees of Circa 730 and surrounding Midtown neighborhood,” Robert Kaster, owner of El Viñedo, said in the release. “As we continue to expand our menu and launch our wine offerings next month, we hope to curate a place where people are able to enjoy great food and wine as well as great company.”

Now open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., El Viñedo is first unveiling its signature breakfast and lunch menus.

For breakfast, guests and building tenants can enjoy a selection of empanadas, eggs and beef, arepas, tea from Just Add Honey Tea Company and a robust offering of South American, 100 percent organic, fair trade coffees from Café Compesino.

For lunch, offerings include a more extensive selection of empanadas, arepas, tostones, ceviches and more.

In April, El Viñedo plans to expand its hours for dinner and weekend dining opportunities, as well as unveil its carefully selected wine list. Chef Vergara, a native of Uruguay, comes to El Viñedo after working with Maven Restaurant Group as executive chef of South Main Kitchen in Alpharetta, Georgia.

“With its prominent Midtown location, Circa 730 continues to offer alternative workspaces and unbeatable amenities to meet the wants and needs of employees and innovators in the Techtangle corridor,” Lincoln’s Howell said. “With the addition of El Viñedo, current and prospective tenants will have an on-site dining option that further extends after-hours offerings and the appeal of the area.”

Repositioned in 2019 as Circa 730, the office building received renovations in excess of $6 million. The development now features an enhanced lobby with a new fitness center, showers and lockers, a conference center, and bike storage space. Tenants also have access to indoor and open-air gathering spaces, an outdoor patio with sculptural suspension swings, and Atlanta’s “first” interactive pixel wall.
