Chiropractor cracks cupcake shop’s back.

Midtown Life Studio, a chiropractic and massage office, is relocating.

The chiropractic and massage studio located at 905 Juniper Street is moving next door.

It will replace the now shuttered Chocolate Pink bakery, according to Dr. Greg Graham, owner of Midtown Life.

Dr. Graham told What Now Atlanta on a trip to the studio Friday he wanted to take advantage of purchasing the Chocolate Pink space after it was foreclosed on earlier this year.

“Our lease is up for renewal next month and we need more space,” Dr. Graham said.

The new 2,800-square foot office will open mid-November and will act as a live/work space, according to Dr. Graham. The current location is 2,000 square feet, he said.

“My partner and I want to adopt kids soon so we need the extra space.”

The chiropractic and massage studio will spend an estimated $24,800.00 in renovations to the new location, according to a permit filed with City of Atlanta mid-August.

Midtown Life will remain open until its new location is ready for business.

  1. Is it just me or is a live/work space a bad idea when you want to have kids live above strangers wanting chiropractic & massage services.

I would want my family separate from my work life. You never know what kind of weirdos you will be servicing.

  2. Keep the ovens and serve cupcakes to your patients. Plus, you’ll want to bake for the kids. Just a thought…

    CONGRATS, Greg and Glenn!

  3. Surprised there’s not as much whining as there was when a Massage Envy opened at the District on Howell Mill. Seriously, a bunch of whining because it wasn’t “retail”.

@imagine: This isn’t one of “those” massage places, there aren’t going to be weirdos hanging out there at odd hours.

  4. Just wanted to comment that most of what was said in this article did not come from me. We loved having Chocolate Pink next door and are sorry to see them go!
