Yoyoso this week submitted building permit application paperwork for a 8,170 square-foot storefront in Atlantic Station, at 260 18th St NW, in suite 10110. The retailer replaces Book Boutique which opened as part of Atlantic Station’s “pop-up” storefront space which played host to short-term tenants.

Construction is estimated at $200,000.00, according to the permit filing.

The China-based chain entered the U.S. market in 2019 with an outpost in Miami Beach, and now operates a handful of stores domestically joining more than 1,000 Yoyoso stores across 30 countries.

In addition to retailing apparel, Yoyoso offers merchandise including home goods, gifts, toys, health and beauty products, jewelry, and other accessories.

Yoyoso was founded in 2014 advocating a “creative, fashionable, simple, natural” life, according to the company’s website. Its core values are “creativity, fashion, high quality, and super value.”

“[When] Yoyoso enters into a market, the market reacts positively,” the company boasts on its website. “Besides, Yoyoso starts the Wind of International Fashion named ‘Yoyoso makes life more beautiful!’ As far as now, Yoyoso is marching to the global market at a rapid and stable pace.”
