Plans were recently submitted in Atlanta for the project at 1901 Peachtree Road NE, located at the intersection of Collier Road.

The owner and operator of the Chick-fil-A, Bryan Auton, shared more details in an email to What Now Atlanta

“We are planning on scraping and rebuilding the restaurant sometime in 2023,” Auton said. “We’re currently waiting on permitting approvals, etc. However, once the project is completed, it’s going to be a beautiful new restaurant with far easier access for our guests, and a more comfortable workspace for our team members.”

Auton added that the project will include tearing down an adjacent former bottle shop.

According to the permit filed in Atlanta, the construction costs are estimated at $3 million.

  1. My question as well. The one on 78 is only about a mile and a half away and was just recently renovated I think? Pretty close. That’s a strange spot.

  2. that seems like a horrible location. not a lot of traffic there compared to the current location down the street. if they stayed open late they’d probably rake it in when Netherworld was open but we all know they won’t stay open past 10:00PM
