Joseph has enlisted the help of Spice House Midtown’s Chef Paul Harris, a culinary veteran with experience at the Ritz Carlton. Harris helped kick off Midtown’s “soft brunch” on November 15th and the official opening on the 20th. After Midtown’s opening, Joseph told What Now Atlanta (WNA) that they’ve always had their eyes on Buckhead for the traffic and the clientele. With the help of Harris, Joseph hopes to “step up their game” as far as Caribbean food goes. The goal is to achieve a more “refined” menu.

Spice House’s Buckhead location will be its fourth, after Cascadia, Lithonia, and Midtown — which replaced Bobby and June’s Kountry Kitchen. Joseph told WNA that Spice House is looking at Alpharetta and Harlem for possible future locations for the Caribbean-inspired restaurant.
