Pizza Verdura Sincera Celebrates Love
David Smith, the founder of Pizza Verdura Sincera, came up with the idea for the Valentine’s Day event from a realization. He realized that there was a lack of options for guests who would like to have the classic, romantic, elegant Valentine’s Day dinner but plant-based and authentically Italian. Hence, he is now offering the Palentine’s and Valentine’s Day dinner for everyone to join.

The four-course dinner plant-based Italian menu will be the basis of the refined dining experience and the highlight of the restaurant’s Celebration of Love and Caring.
It begins with a traditional antipasti course of fresh vegetables. The inventive menu includes “Primi” course, which is a vegan shrimp picatta served with spaghetti squash. The “Secondi” course features a plant-based filet Min’Yon Wellington, with wild mushroom duxelles, gnocchi, and grilled asparagus. It ends with “Dolce” course, which includes an Italian pear and almond cake with blackberry puree. Each course will also be accompanied by wine, beer or zero-proof pairing.

David Smith, the founder, said that it is up to the guests to choose the type of love they would like to celebrate. It’s his and the team’s job to provide them with a dining experience worthy of that celebration, he added. Going by the theme of accessibility and inclusivity, the experience will be extremely affordable as well.
