CB2, the Crate and Barrel sister brand that once had an Atlanta storefront, is making a return to the city with a Westside outpost, the company announced Tuesday, citing the incoming store as its “first” for Atlanta. CB2 will open Friday, September 24 in the Westside Provisions District in the former Bungalow Classic space adjacent to Anthropologie, at 1197 Howell Mill Rd NW.

The new 8,350 square-foot location will provide a “physical touchpoint for customers to engage directly with CB2’s curated home furnishing and accessory collections,” according to the announcement. “Atlanta residents can interact with the brand and its local team while shopping the store and during any number of local events.”

Atlantans can also shop online and pick up in-store.

“Atlanta is home to a vibrant and diverse community that champions design and expression. It is also an established CB2 market and we are excited to continue to be part of it,” Ryan Turf, President of CB2, said in a prepared statement. “The Westside Provisions District space allows us to engage directly with our existing Atlanta customers and invite new customers in-store to experience our brand, products, and expansive network of services.”

CB2 used to operate a storefront out of the 1010 Midtown complex. The two-story retail store closed its doors in 2015.
