Tex-Mex Concept Prepares to Open Doors to the Public in March

The new restaurant, led by Chef Scott Smith of The Curious Pig and Curious Kitchen and Bar, will start slinging its authentic Mexican dishes at Peachtree City’s Kedron Village sometime this year.
The highly anticipated news follows an announcement made last December that 2023 would be the esteemed night club’s final year at its Ponce de Leon location, leading to much speculation and rumor-churning.
The coffee and retail concept, which offers ‘people with disabilities meaningful community and dignifying employment,’ is the passion project of Hope Heals founders, Jay and Katherine Wolf.
The brand is set to debut in Athens in about three weeks’ time, with Atlanta region outposts deemed a 'priority.'
Despite the fact that Moonlight just opened its first two locations last month, the brand already has big plans for Atlanta with three more in the works.
After both joining and exiting the community last year, the nationally recognized Tex-Mex brand plans to open three corporate-owned locations through the fall.
The new location, slated to open this summer, will bring the brand’s local footprint to five.
