You can expect to find Yumbii’s core menu at the new shop, which features Yumbii Tacos, Yumbii Wings and the brand’s Famous Sesame Fries, plus health-forward items like Build-Your-Own Salad Bowls. To accompany, the eatery will offer a beverage program focused on beer, wine, and tequila. House-made margaritas along with house-made agua frescas and teas will also feature prominently.

Young founded Yumbii in 2010, and the brand is considered a pioneer in the Atlanta food truck scene. In its time, Yumbii has received accolades like The Atlanta Journal Constitution’s “Best of the Big A,” Atlanta Magazine’s “50 Best Tacos in Atlanta” and Creative Loafing’s “Readers’ Choice for Best Food Truck.”

In 2017, the brand went brick-and-mortar with a location in Brookwood Hills. A storefront in Toco Hills followed, and Young’s second truck, The Queso Shop, will also open a Toco Hills spot. In addition to the continued operation of both food trucks, the brands are in the process of expanding to Moores Mill Center and Midtown Promenade this year.

Yumbii Alpharetta has been designed by Atlanta native Lindsay Denman and will lean into West Coast-cool vibes with custom, locally-made banquettes, German Beechwood countertops, colorful blue and white tile, rattan pendants, black and white striped flooring with peach accents. Patrons will be able to order their favorite Korean BBQ-Mexican fusion bites at the counter before finding a seat in the dining area.
