Cafe Kia-Ora to Serve up Brews and Breakfast at Buckhead Tower

Lenox Square-adjacent eatery will be the fourth location for Kia-Ora in the metro area.

The Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square will soon be making room for an outpost of Cafe Kia-Ora, a coffeehouse that serves brews, salads, sandwiches, pastries and a healthy showing of breakfast fare mornings until midday, Monday through Friday.

Cafe Kia-Ora will be housed in a 1,065-square-foot space inside the office building, according to plans filed with the City of Atlanta.

The cafe comes as one of the continued building and amenity space enhancements promised when private real estate investment, acquisitions, and development firm TPA Group acquired the 19-story Buckhead Tower office building adjacent Lenox Square Mall in 2018.

Cafe Kia-Ora has two more locations in the metro Atlanta area, one on the ground floor of the Synovus Building, at 3400 Overton Park Drive and an OTP outpost on the ground floor of GA 400 Center at 2300 Lakeview Parkway in Alpharetta.

A fourth location in Tech Square at the corner of 4th and Cypress Streets in Midtown, was sold to new owners last year who retained the name and concept.

Before you go, know that “Kia Ora” is a New Zealand greeting from the Maori language which literally means “be well” or “be healthy,” but is often translated as “Hi!”

You’re welcome.
