C&S Restaurant Group Owners Rich Clark and Jonathan Schwenk Wednesday announced C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar’s third location is slated to open in Brookhaven in 2023. C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar will be located in the Porter on Peachtree complex at 3930 Peachtree Road.

C&S Restaurant Group opened its first C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar location in Vinings at 3300 Cobb Parkway in 2007 and has since expanded with an additional casual New Orleans-style seafood concept, Hugo’s Oyster Bar, located at 10360 Alpharetta Street in Roswell as well as a second C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar location at 6125 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs that opened in 2020. 

Open for weekday lunch and dinner seven nights a week, each menu will closely reflect the Sandy Springs location with special new dishes from Executive Chef Tony Manns. An Atlanta native, Chef Manns has worked in various acclaimed restaurants including Veni Vidi Vici, Little Alley Steak and Chops Lobster Bar. Chef Manns will incorporate a wide variety of raw bar offerings, such as hors d’oeuvres, prime steaks, fish and entrée specials. Menu items include RC’s Chargrilled Oysters, Clam Chowder, Lobster Roll, Plateaux De Fruits De Mer, Prime NY Strip and more.

Placing original roots in the city side of the Atlanta restaurant scene, Chef Tony Manns explains, “This is a very special time for me to be returning to what feels in a sense like where I got started in my career and to continue to bring a wide variety of fresh seafood to patrons. I am so excited and honored to be at the culinary helm of the fourth concept that C&S Restaurant Group has produced, says Chef Tony Manns.”

Featuring a green space and patio, the Brookhaven location will be the ideal spot to dine year-round. Designed by Peter and PJ Zakas of from Z-Space Design, the interior carries the classic identity of the Sandy Springs location. Upon entering, guests can expect a suave, inviting atmosphere with millwork decorated with gold antiqued mirrors, rich leather chairs, and mohair accents. 

Rich Clark says, “We are really looking forward to expanding the brand to Brookhaven which will serve as our third location for C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar. I could not be more proud to stand alongside this growing team, serve the community and reveal the new space to all of the excited guests that have followed us through the years.”
