Sisters Chandra Claybon and April Curry will be the franchisees and are currently negotiating leases in Johns Creek and Suwanee, Claybon told What Now Atlanta in a telephone interview.

If all goes according to plan, a location will be announced mid-July and the opening will take place as early as October 2018.

“We’re focused on the first location but long term we would love to expand throughout the Georgia market,” Claybon said.

“My sister April and I have extensive backgrounds in restaurant management.”

The Buzzed Bull Creamery, currently a one-store operation, announced the news mid-June on its Facebook page.

“Franchise location [number one] signed and ready to take on the Atlanta area!”

Buzzed Bull offers alcohol-infused liquid nitrogen ice cream, milkshakes and coffee drinks, according to the company’s website.

Guests order desserts across six steps: “Buzzed or Non-Buzzed,” pick the flavor, pick the size, pick a base, pick a “mix-in,” and “upgrade your buzz” for those 21 and older.

Ice cream flavors include options like Banana, Cake Batter, and Pineapple.

Available “mix-ins” include toppings and sauces like Almonds, Nutella, and Waffle Cone Pieces.

Predetermined flavor combinations are also available like Margarita (tequila, margarita mix, choice of fruit, and whipped cream) and The Bonfire (cinnamon whiskey, marshmallow flavor, graham crackers, and chocolate chips.)
