Fast-casual burger chain BurgerFi — which recently unveiled aggressive Atlanta-area expansion plans — and medically-supervised IV vitamin infusions clinic DripBar are negotiating Letters of Intent (LOIs) to open in The Prado, an updated site plan for the shopping center published earlier this week states.
Planned in a remodeled space adjacent to Target and The Peach Pit, BurgerFi and DripBar would open alongside a new dental office and uBreakiFix, an electronic repair shop founded in 2009. All four tenants would be new to The Prado, with the latter two having already begun lease negotiations after successfully submitting LOIs, according to the site plan.
Life Time Fitness, which operates a facility in the shopping complex, could also open its Life Time Work co-working concept in The Prado. The site plan shows Life Time Work as “proposed.”
Life Time Work already has plans to open nearby in Buckhead. The co-working concept is opening in 2022 as part of the Phipps Plaza expansion. The Buckhead location will be open alongside a 127,000 square-foot “athletic resort” under the Life Time brand.

Seems like a good venue for it.
Has Atomic Entertainment done any actual work on those historic buildings?
They’ve had the place since 2017 and it seems like they’re more focused on pop-up events.
You obviously haven’t walked, run or biked by the Pullman-Pratt yard
You’re right, I’ve only seen it from Dekalb Ave.
You should do an article on the god-awful customer service by the Fever company that sells the tickets to this event. Hundreds of BBB complaints and yes I have my own personal gripe. Still hoping I can attend this event but most likely I got taken for a hundred bucks.
This looks so cool!
