The sports bar should open Nov. 29.
Update – October 29, 3:25pm: Buffalo Wild Wings has pushed back its opening date to December 7, according to an email to What Now Atlanta from a representative of the restaurant.
Buffalo Wild Wings is planning to open its seventh Atlanta-area location in Cumberland Mall.
The sports bar franchise that specializes in chicken wings and sauces is looking at November 29 for its first day in business, Randall Groover, Regional Marketing Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings, told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email this week.
“The Cumberland area is a great destination spot and location for sports fans,” Groover said. “Our brand appeals to all sports fan and we’re confident that we will deliver the ultimate sports experience for all sports fans in the market.”
Buffalo Wild Wings currently has six locations in the Atlanta area, all of which, with the exception of Hiram, GA, are going through remodels that “will enhance the overall guest experience.”
In addition to the new restaurant opening in the Cumberland area, Buffalo Wild Wings is scheduled to open at the Mall of Georgia “shortly before Football season.”
“We are also looking at several more properties across the Atlanta Metro market.”

Thank you for hearing our prays in Smyrna. Great place to open We are all exciting. I personally moved to GA from the mid-west where we had numerous locations in IL and Missouri.
