“BT” is short for “Blossom Tree” and will sit in adjacent space to its Korean counterpart, at 62 Peachtree St.

Construction to the 3,112-square-foot space, which formerly housed ATL Perfumes, is expected to cost $150,000, according to plans filed with the City of Atlanta.

The owner and contractors are hoping for a June or July 2020 opening for the fast-casual burger restaurant, pending permitting.

The Lofts at Muses Development is a historical loft renovation development in the heart of downtown.

The revitalization project restored an entire city block, which consists of seven adjoining buildings built in the mid-1870s housing several notable businesses including the Muses Clothing Company.

At the lofts, BT Burger will join a variety of longstanding restaurant options including Dua Vietnamese Noodle Soup, Reuben’s Deli, Boba Mocha, Fish Bowl Poke Bar, Green and Grill, Anatolia Cafe & Hookah Lounge, Cafe Hot Wings, Blossom Tree, Happy Hookah, and Moe’s Southwest Grill.
