Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, a fast growing “zero-interaction” automat concept from New York City restaurateur Stratis Morfogen, has signed a multi-unit franchise deal to bring the brand to Georgia for the first time. Franchisee Patrick Fisher will be in charge of opening at least five units in Atlanta.

He went on to call the concept an “industry gamechanger”. “I’m excited to be a part of the future growth of the Brooklyn Dumpling Shop brand here in Atlanta, and eventually throughout the U.S. and around the globe,” said Fisher.
Exact locations have yet to be announced.

Established in 2020, the brand set an audacious goal to have 250 units in development within two years. Having seen rapid growth over the past year, it is well on track to meet that goal.
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop opened its flagship location in New York’s East Village in May 2021. In addition to Georgia, franchise deals have been signed to open more than 35 units throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas and Florida. Partnered with Fransmart, the industry-leading franchise development company behind household brands like Five Guys Burgers & Fries and The Halal Guys, additional markets are currently being explored for expansion.
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop features 32 unique dumpling varieties including Pastrami, Bacon Cheese Burger, Lamb Gyro, French Onion Soup, Philly Cheesesteak, Impossible and Reuben and Peanut Butter and Jelly.
