Broadstone Ridge, a forthcoming Cumberland apartment community, is looking to intersect “urban living…with the outdoors.”

The under-construction 278-unit development will offer “an assortment of carefully-crafted amenities,” according to a press release Friday.

Those amenities range from “private offices in the Whiteboard Workspace to a river tube and bike pickup station at their Base Camp Outfitter.”

The apartment community, developed by Alliance Residential Company, is situated near the Chattahoochee River and SunTrust Park.

“Broadstone Ridge is not cookie cutter,” Kim Bucklew, Atlanta Managing Director of Alliance Residential, said in the release.

“We are a retreat for residents looking for a living space with a clean design that compliments their active lifestyle,”

The apartment homes feature open spaces, natural woods, and custom tile and flooring. The kitchens will feature quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and Moen fixtures. Bathrooms will include porcelain tile, wood-framed mirrors, and frameless glass showers.

Broadstone Ridge Apartments also partnered with the Atlanta History Center to bring in photography of the “Ramblin Raft Race” from the 1970’s to celebrate the Chattahoochee River’s history.

Broadstone Ridge Apartments are now leasing one and two bedroom floor plans with move-ins scheduled for early 2018.
