Atlanta Braves officials are soon expected to officially unveil the developers who will oversee the conception of the baseball team’s $400-million mixed-use project adjacent its Cobb County ballpark.

The baseball team, ahead of its announcement, told the Atlanta Business Chronicle Tuesday it will partner with Atlanta-based companies Fuqua Development LLC, Pope & Land Enterprises, and Pollack Shores Real Estate Group on the new development.

The only other finalist for the project, a team comprised of North American Properties and Hines, withdrew from the bid to partner with the Braves earlier this year.

The new stadium is scheduled to open before the first pitch of the 2017 baseball season.

The ABC has all of the details here, as well a slideshow of renderings that the Braves released Wednesday.
