Atlanta-based real estate investment firm Branch Properties today announced several fast-casual restaurants and healthcare tenants have signed on to open at Perimeter Marketplace.
The upcoming Publix-anchored development, located on Ashford-Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody, Ga., is slated to open in October 2021.
Perimeter Marketplace’s upcoming lineup will include national burger chain BurgerFi, salad company Chop’t, fast-casual Chinese restaurant Panda Express, and First Watch, a daytime café serving breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Aspen Dental and primary care provider One Medical have also signed on to open space within the center. Once completed, Perimeter Marketplace will also include a Quick Trip gas station, located right off Ashford Dunwoody Road.
Currently, under construction on the corner of Meadow Lane and Ashford-Dunwoody Road, Perimeter Marketplace will feature 68,077 square feet of retail and restaurant space upon completion. In the summer of 2020, Publix signed on to occupy a 25,147 square-foot space, anchoring the development. Following these recent deals, the center is currently 77 percent pre-leased.
“The Dunwoody/Perimeter market has proven to be one of the strongest areas for economic growth in metro Atlanta, even through the ongoing pandemic,” Brett Horowitz, Branch Properties’s head of asset management, said in the announcement. “We are looking forward to delivering an easily accessible and well-connected shopping center that provides surrounding office users and nearby residents with a mix of offerings to meet their daily needs.”
In addition to Perimeter Marketplace, upcoming projects for Branch include Hugh Howell Marketplace in Tucker, Georgia, The Market at Hays Farm in Huntsville, Alabama, Moncks Corner Marketplace in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, and more to be announced soon.
