The baby apparel retailer would be situated at 3229 Cains Hill Pl NW, according to a recently-submitted Special Administrative Permit (SAP) application.

Lauren Baynes submitted the SAP seeking a variance to reduce the required bicycle parking from two spaces to zero.

“The target customer consisting mainly of pregnant and new mothers are unlikely to
arrive by bicycle,” according to the application.

Baynes argues there’s a “lack of area” for the bicycle parking “due to limited space available” with planned facade changes.

Buckhead’s Development Review Committee (DRC) is recommending that the “applicant work with the landlord to meet the bicycle parking requirement for the development as a whole elsewhere on the site in a comprehensive fashion.”

Baynes did not respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment when reached by telephone and email Friday.
