There are also plans for two additional locations in the Atlanta-area.

This will be the first BODYBAR Pilates location in Georgia, Renegar told What Now Atlanta, saying, “Alpharetta is growing. It is such a lively area. I’m excited about where we’ll be located because we’re not far from Downtown Alpharetta.”

Renegar has also purchased the rights to two additional locations in Atlanta to build out in the next four years. The upcoming locations don’t yet have leases, but two of them are set for the Buckhead and Milton. Across the U.S., there are also plans for BODYBAR Pilates locations in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio in Texas as well as Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Tampa Bay, and Salt Lake City.

BODYBAR Pilates is known for offering a “modern twist” to core Pilates principals. Each 40- to 50-minutes group class provides a full-body workout in order to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and boost overall health.

“What I really love about it is you get to burn some calories, but it really doesn’t matter if you’re fit,” Renegar said. “It really is a workout that will work for anybody.”

The Maxwell boasts 44,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and office space.
